My brain feels like it's going to ooze out of my ears every time I cough. >.< Actually, 'ooze' may be too passive a word. Perhaps explode would be better.

Happy Valentines day everyone. A lot of people hate the holiday, I know. And despite being single, I'm not one of them. It's turned into a rather commercial holiday, yes, as most holidays have. But I find it hard to turn down an excuse to feel better. ...even if my brain hurts. We all have people we love. Family, friends,.. it doesn't have to be a partner. I'm just happy to have the best family ever and have excellent luck in friends. :heart:

That's a spectacular piece. The colours are my favourites (there's something about that pallett).

yeez that's amazing. you have really interesting and recognizable linework. you can always tell when something is yours, it's really nice. the coloring's very warm and great, and i love the little wingy heart <3 i wish i had your sense of design. instead i'll just fave this.

Amen! I ranted in my journal today about silly people who hate VDay. Gorgeous colors here, vibrant and evocative, and I love the pose; you have a fantastic grasp of anatomy. Very unique and creative - great work!

Turn down an excuse to feel happy? What is there to be happy about? When a society and a culture tell you that somehow you are inherently incomplete if you are not in a relationship? I don't see me having to turn my way of thinking to theirs but rather the opposite. Glad that you have a good support network, but that has nothing to do with Valentine's Day or corporate sponsership of the holiday

As to the artwork it's quite lovely!
